"Everything was great except the person at the front desk when we checked in went on and on how many Hilton Honors points we would receive from our stay, and encouraged us to charge everything on the property to the room so we would receive 2X points. So we spent over $1,300 on the property in four days just for that reason when we could have gone elsewhere, only to find out our stay was ineligible for Hilton Honor points since it was booked through Expedia. "Absolutely loved this place. Yes, it’s dated. But it had everything i needed to make my quick getaway enjoyable. A special thank you to Louis at the pool side bar. He was incredible. So attentive and thoughtful. 10/10 service from him. Pools. Jacuzzi. Beach. Everything in walking distance. Not much else you could ask for. Also, thank you to Melany, Angel and Andres for the daily text check ins and quick fixes when needed. Definitely returning. "

"Staff was friendly and desk staff did what they could to get room ready. The bath sink leaked and there is no exhaust fan. We couldn’t use all of our rewards each day because of the way they were set up. Overall it was nice. However, there should be a better informal kitchen that includes more choices like fresh fruit and cereal as well as coffee and danish"
