"Slightly confused check in as they took 30 minutes to find out our room wasn’t ready, the hotel is modern but quite dark and not overly welcoming as is the bar. It is very close to the metro and there are a few street cafes near by. We had a wheelchair accessible room which could have been larger as the space next to the bed was quite tight for my wheelchair, the bathroom was large although the shower seat was very small and could be difficult depending on your level of disability. "This is a corporate hotel, ideal for business people. It’s very modern, and has the great facility of a garage linked to rooms with stairs from inside rooms, but its location wasn’t great, in an out of town shopping centre albeit with some walkable restaurants on a busy road nearby"

"Great hotel and exceptional staff who could not do enough for us. 15 mins easy walk from the Lake itself and main attractions, shops, ferry port, bus station etc. Como is a terrific hub to get around the lake and beyond. Our twin room was spacious with lots of amenities though area above desk could do with better lighting. Poor hairdryer but we had our own. Whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Great pool area too. Reception, Dining Room Staff and the barman up on the rooftop pool were so lovely...

"The area around the property is not very safe nor clean (lots of garbage, graffiti, slums, unhoused) and is about 15 mins cab ride away from downtown/center. The room was wonderful, with a spectacular view! The only issue was the floor hadn’t been cleaned (hardwood) and lots of dirt and grime/stains.
