"Great stay! No complaints."

"We had a terrific stay at the hotel. The staff was fantastic and the location is excellent! It's a very short walk to Universal Hollywood and City Walk, with continuous shuttle service throughout the day if you don't want to walk. Check- in and out was super easy, and hassle free. I will definitely return next year."

"Great pool and restaurant, both used daily! Travelled with family and kids loved it too!"

"The staff was so friendly and got us checked in early at no extra charge!! The hotel is beautiful and the view from breakfast on the roof is amazing; you can see the Hollywood sign!"

"Property doesnt look like Hyatt s property.Old Hotel with moving Pot. It was weird"

"Cool hotel but avoid staying here if they are hosting an event. For us, the room was not ready at the advertised check-in, the restaurants and pool were unavailable."

"The room was hot for us. They would only go down to 67° at night and we like it a lot colder. We asked the front desk if we could change it and they said no and they also did not have a fan or anything like that. Also, they were doing a promotion to wave their amenities fee, but because I booked on Expedia, they refused to waive it. It was ridiculous, especially since we only used the cleaning services one time out of the four nights that we were there."

"It was a combination of an ideal location, friendly and efficient staff, and well designed and constructed property. Everything about it was easy."
