"The staff on reception were lovely and welcoming. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the room and free movies. The bathroom was remarkably big and had a bath and full sized shower. Only two faults were that the cups supplied did not fit the coffee maker (perhaps intended to use the water glasses?). Also the carpets, although clean, appear to have been wet-cleaned so crunchy under foot. Same in the corridors where the lighter coloured carpet shows water stains. All in all, a lovely place to...
