"Good value for money. Essentially it’s a university hall of residence with hotel rooms. Not everyone’s cup of tea but fine for me. Clean and practical rooms with a clean shared bathroom and shared kitchenette. Is on the streetcar line to the city centre. I would stay here again."

"The shower was the worst - The water temperature had no consistency, it was just going between hot and cold non-stop. One of the bed covers had what looked like a cigarette burn in it And I would suggest bringing your own pillows. Other than that, the place was fine, room was very dark which we appreciated, it was clean enough too."

"This motel is very basic, which was to be expected from a budget hotel, but the main problem was that I didn't feel safe there. Every time I came into the car park there was a guy standing there ready to approach the car. He looked like he was dealing and/or soliciting from the hotel. He was also hanging around the supposedly secure $5 a night guest parking area and going in and out a fire door that didn't shut properly. My bedding appeared clean, but the bathroom and air-conditioning unit was filthy and the hallways smelt like a public toilet. The step up and down from the cruise ship style bathroom was very draining after a few visits, not to mention claustrophobic. The elderly should definitely avoid. I wouldn't stay there again, or recommend it to anyone who is not seeking a rent by the hour style accomodation."

"The motel is on the older side and looks like it hasn’t had a refresh in a long time. That is all ok as it’s reflected in the rate. The room was very large (it could easily have held another queen bed. It was also a comfortable walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the light rail. The only issues I had were the limited wifi (you get a daily limit which got used up in about 3 hours). A lot of Freeview channels were not available on the tv either. Otherwise, no problem. "

"We had an amazing stay at this property. The home was perfect for a larger group, with plenty of space and everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. It was well equipped, clean, and felt very welcoming. The location was also ideal, just a 10-minute drive from the main city, making it easy to get around while still enjoying a peaceful stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."
