"This was possibly the best hotel we have stayed in and the cost was very reasonable. The facilities in our apartment were exceptional. decent kitchen facilities meant we could self cater very easily - it included a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. The separate bedroom and bathroom was a real bonus and meant the whole areas was spacious. Alot better (and cheaper) than many Air BNB's we have stayed in. "The shower was the worst - The water temperature had no consistency, it was just going between hot and cold non-stop. One of the bed covers had what looked like a cigarette burn in it And I would suggest bringing your own pillows. Other than that, the place was fine, room was very dark which we appreciated, it was clean enough too."

"Stayed here today and had a really lovely experience. The staff were friendly and the customer service was great. Free parking was a big plus, and everything you’d need was provided — even cutlery, which was a nice surprise. The hot shower was perfect, and there were extras like a TV, iron, and ironing board (didn’t use them, but good to have). Overall, a really comfortable stay — I’d definitely come back if I’m in Canberra again!"

"Very spacious and clean apartment. Very friendly staff. I thought I asked for parking but I didn't and the parking was a bit of a problem around the hotel. But the hotel apartment itself was wonderful and met our expectations. "
