"Hotel was at a great location, half way from train station and St Marks Square. Rooms we had were clean and comfortable bed. Staff were all very helpful, they gave us good recommendations on food and helped booking us a water taxi to airport. Breakfast was good, and the rooftop lounge has a great view of the canal. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again."

"Fantastic location. Nice courtyard. Best way to go to airport from the hotel is to take water ferry to P.Le Roma (bus Termina, last stop) then take "Express" Bus. Ticket can be purchased from conductor when the bus arrives. "

"The price you pay for a 4.5 star hotel and you get a closet for a room a literally a closet and had to change room which they did. But the room that was given had an upsale with a total amount for the a 5 star hotel in Venice. The rooms do not look like the pictures they’re much different. Overall it is not worth the money at all. And really it just made Venice experience way too expensive and not good enough. "

"Excellent location close to Piazza San Marco. A store with some basic groceries is 2 doors down. The breakfast in the morning was good, and offered a variety of items. Also, the staff were quite helpful when you needed it. My only real complaint is that the basic rooms are about half the size of a regular hotel room. One person would do fine in them, or if you only have check in size luggage, but there isn't much room to put your bags if you have 2 pieces of larger luggage. It is something to...
