"They were pretty great it was my first time staying here and i absolutely loved it. Super simple check in, comfy beds, spacious rooms and always willing to answer questions at any hour"

"Didn’t realize you had to pay for parking, as well as breakfast. Should have been included in the price. Pillows were hard. And thought you could lock the bathroom door but can’t because it’s a sliding door. Expected more out of a high end hotel."

"Front staff were slow and my request for a special room was not taken in to account. The girl at the front desk was swamped because the other was on break. Half hour to check in was unacceptable"

"Great hotel, friendly staff and convenient location! 100% recommend"

"Amazing hotel and staff services."
