"Hotel was very nice. I did not like we had to pay a little extra to check in a couple hours early. This is just something that’s very different than America. The room was clean. The shower had terrible water pressure and the soap provided was not good. it was meant for your hair and your body, both which did not work out. The bed was okay. It was a little hard. Location was amazing. Very walkable to the train station overall, I enjoyed it. "

"Five stars all round for this stay. The staff could not be any more helpful. They advised where to buy a bus ticket to Venice for 1.5 euro. I am “ older” and walking with my luggage caused me to doubt my ability to do the bus. A taxi would have been 40 or 50 euro. I managed just fine! The room had everything I needed. As someone else mentioned the pillow is very flat. I solved that with a towel from the bathroom. My room was upstairs ( ugh!) but the carried my luggage up for me. I recommend...

"This is a great hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy the sights and sounds of Venice. It’s a five-minute walk from the train station and the ferry, and there are countless restaurants and shops right down the street. The breakfast buffet is solid, and you can eat right on the canal. The staff is friendly and hardworking. Special shout-out to Lucrezia at the front desk, who was really helpful and might be the loveliest person in the City of Water!"

"The hotel is very modern. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures online. Staff is wonderful. They only give you coffee for the espresso machine upon arrival they didn’t restock us the second day. Not sure if the water was complimentary. Close to the local tram that takes you to Venice.
