"Todo muy bien"

"We had a wonderful stay with ocean view. We loved overseeing the pool seeing the ocean and hearing the waves come in from our balcony. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The casino and live music was fun too."

"Make sure you rent a car or have a full itinerary but it’s a great hotel!"

"We are from Canada travelling with family for a cruise, and booked two junior suites for one night at the Don Rafa Boutique. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The suite was larger than we expected, air-conditioned, clean, well-maintained with plenty of lighting and large windows. The neighborhood has good restaurants and cafes. We had delicious dinner at the Casita Miramar, just a few steps away. Easy access to old San Juan, the two castles, and great food. We only had one night in San...

"There was a slight mishap at Check in I was given a room someone’s stuff was still in. It was taken care of immediately. Everyone was very kind. Great location I would return again"

"Hotel itself was very clean and pretty upon arrival. Staff was great to talk to. Disappoints were breakfast was less than basic. They had bagels and a couple pastries, some days the fruit bowl was full, coffee and juice. Everything else for breakfast would have to be paid for day by day. Our room said kitchenette but only had a microwave and mini fridge so you couldn't cook anything for yourself so that was misleading. A hot plate and a pot and pan would have been great to have. They had parking...

"Property was in great location Staff was excellent; always helpful with a smile. Room and bed were comfortable Lighting needs improvement. Insufficient lights in bedroom and especially bathroom. Putting makeup on was tricky Insufficient hooks for towels in bathroom No towel mat outside shower No anti slip mat inside shower No Handle bars inside shower"

"The staff were wonderful. The location (just a few blocks from a tranquil beach) was perfect."

"Staff was excellent and very helpful during our stay especially Hector. Unfortunately the shuttle has been out of service and the hot tub needed cleaning. There were several other issues we encountered that were rectified by the Hector as well as other staff members at the time of need."

"Beautiful room in a great central location in El viejo san juan! Would recommend!"
