"The location was superb! 5mins walking distance to the main shinjuku train station that has train to everyone in Tokyo. Definitely recommend for any one travelling around Tokyo. Hotel was super clean. The kids love the bathroom with the tub. Space was enough for 2adults and 2kids. Nothing to complain about. "

"Perfect location for exploring Shibuya neighborhood. Literally in the middle of everything! The common spaces were pristine and the buffet breakfast was nice. My only complaint is that our mattress was a rock and made sleeping uncomfortable."

"Good location, close to train stations, in a quiet area not far from Shinjuku. Comfortable for a family with room to spread out. Could use an update, but overall clean with good amenities like a bottle of water every day. Staff is helpful. "

"My second stay after 2006, hotel renovated. Facilities well maintained, clean room but a bit small. Super convenient, walking distance for shopping and eating. Staffs are friendly and efficient."

"We had a lovely stay at the New Otani main. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, the staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming and treated us like valued guests! The grounds of the hotel were beautiful too- especially the Japanese garden and waterfall.breakfast at the various restaurant spots was nice too as we enjoyed breakfast buffet with a view and a traditional Japanese breakfast one day too! "This hotel was very comfortable, clean and well-priced. Friendly staff and great breakfast. We had a Skytree view room, was a great feature! Good area for a couple of days in Tokyo, Senso-ji temple area just a few minutes walk, loads of restaurants and little shops everywhere. Great ‘landing’ spot for our first few days in Japan. "
