"The breakfast was excellent! The staff was incredibly friendly. I requested late checkout and I guess there was a miscommunication or language barrier as my card was deactivated so had to go back through the process to get that redone. Overall great experience and will be back"

Super close to the Character Street shopping (and especially close to the Pokemon store), as well as the shinkansen gates - just be warned the gates closest to the hotel seem to go straight to the platforms and dont have lifts. "The room was clean and the process from check in to check out was easy. Some of the furniture def needs updating but I hardly used my room as I was out and about daily. This is a great location for the train station about a 5 min walk and has a lot of nearby convenience stores and restaurants. Everything is walking distance including popular stores and and malls"

"Expedia screwed up the trip by not telling me that the Annex part of the hotel in 130 meters away from the main hotel, No one to help you upon arrival. Oh, ya Expedia also forgot to tell me that restaurant was only open for breakfast. Being a 85 year old traveler I was stuck with AL check in and out . "

"We didn’t use the breakfast restaurant, it’s about $40 usd and didn’t have enough of what we wanted but it was busy. We love the hotel design and the location in the city. It’s in a quiet area but very close to trains and subways. Convenience, stores and restaurants are also close and within walking distance. The price is amazing too for what you get."
