"Lovely clean rooms. Nice and quiet Not far to walk to train station or airport"

"The staff here are lovely and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location ideal for accessing the Co-op Live arena. The reason I only gave it 3 stars was because the air con/heater unit in my room was rattling, clicking and banging all night. Tried switching it off but it just kept rattling anyway and it was too cold not to have the heating on. I barely slept, horrendous night. I told the guy at the desk when I checked out, received an apology and a promise to get maintenance...

"The restaurant server wanted his tip in cash. That is inappropriate to say to a guest. Otherwise an amazing new hotel, and the walkway to the airport is great"

"An unexpected stay for us as the trains back home were cancelled, so the hotel was a welcome retreat from a stressful situation. The room was beautiful and spacious. Really comfortable Super king sized bed. The breakfast was amazing- despite being very busy with all the stranded travellers, it didn't feel too crowded or rushed. Will definitely stay again under different circumstances."

"Excellent location with lovely staff. I was feeling unwell om arrival & the receptionist arranged for us to get early access to our room which was so appreciated. Great bar & friendly bar staff. Across the road from Piccadilly Train Station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Very nice relaxing stay. The man at the door to greet us was lovely. Staff in reception and in the bar were fantastic. We will definitely be back."

"Beautifully appointed and really cosy, despite how spacious the rooms are. Staff are very friendly and happy to help. I was a bit surprised that the rooms didn't offer more amenities or extra comforts as standard, like fresh milk or biscuits, or vanity kits. Appreciate these are environmental considerations, but providing them at an extra charge feels a bit steep given the usual cost of a room here."

"The uber so small and the lighting was terrible"

"Brilliant location, reasonable price and enjoyable decor. Room service dinner was also great from Pip."

"Modern clean room. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking. Handy for tram to Etihad, Coop Live or into Manchester centre."
