"A very nice, clean, modern hotel on the banks of the Nervion river, which made it easy to find after exploring. Very friendly, helpful staff and a comprehensive breakfast. The bar was a nice place to chill and read my book with a glass of wine and I felt very comfortable as a single person doing that."

"Large spacious room. On-site underground paid parking was really convenient for me. Bus 77 and the light rail station are really close by to get to the Guggenheim museum. Old town is within walking distance too."

"Not really 4atar -evening staff v helpful but the morning reception chap wasn’t very pleasant I had to leave pre breakfast and was told there would be food/drinks available in the foyer . When I got down there was nothing -asked at reception and he just rolled his eyes and begrudgingly got a coffee machine out and then went for some some very lukewarm milk tutting so I could basically make an almost cold coffee No food so paid for a breakfast I couldn’t have Corridors were very enjoy and noisy...

"Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel. Leider hat es einwenig Probleme mit den Abflüssen, bei Niedrigstand des Nervion riecht es unangenehm."

"Location was great for us and walkable to most places. Transportation was available to the best sites like museums so close to the train station, subway and buses. Breakfast was a zoo though. Too many people in too small a space. Rooms were small for my liking but we spent little time in it. No views in this busy part of the city to talk to."
