My stay at Sercotel Coliseo was fantastic! Perfect central location for exploring Bilbao, with spacious modern rooms and excellent amenities. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the second-floor terrace provided a lovely spot to unwind. The hotel staff and service was exceptional and the breakfast option was well worth it. I felt very welcome and this hotel had a nice homey feel. Great location for walking distance to main areas but far enough away from any central noise. My only complaint would be the hot/cold fluctuations with the shower usage. Any time another unit was using the shower at the same time this affected the temperature quite a bit. Tip: shower during the day when not many other guests are around or shower very early or late in the evening.

Great location, shops and restaurants all nearby. Good transport links, we got the bus from the airport and then it was just a maximum of a 10 minute walk to the hotel. We had a junior suite as we needed a family room and the inclusion of a coffee machine was much appreciated.
