"We stayed for 4 nights in a Junior Suite. Room was spacious and we loved the couch/lounger seating. Bed was comfortable, mini bar was well stock and reasonably prices. Expressor machine was nice to have the bathroom was very good."

"Great location close distance of some of the iconic attractions of London. Also has a 24 hour market which it’s very convenient."

"Our initial family room was too small to fit the pull out couch and suitcases. There were no lamps or decorative comforter/pillows on the bed. We found some crumbs and a stain on the bed. Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The manager switched our room which is why we realized the room wasn’t even decorated properly. We were very disappointed with our initial experience."

"Overall the hotel was good and in a great location being right near Victoria station. Breakfast was great.The staff working the front desk didn't tell us about how your room key is required to work the lights in the room, so that would have been helpful. "
