"For me as soon as you speak to reception friendly and speak English and other languages, and very happy to assist you in any information about places etc when ever I'm in Berlin this be my go to place."
"Room was a good size for wheelchair accessibility. Tilting mirror was a brilliant idea. Staff are great, helpful and knowledgeable though there are not enough when checking out - the one clerk was rush off his feet with a long queue!Breakfast and bar area are spacious and staff also very nice there. The shower drainage could be improved upon as floor got very wet. Also air/heating in the room was not working properly."
"The hotel was clean and well kept. I ’m giving this a three star because I booked a room with three beds but was only given two. There was no air conditioning and it got a bit uncomfortable. Thankfully it was mid October. If it was during the summer, I’m sure it would have been much worse"
"Central location. A few blocks away from the Museum Island and the old center. Very close to the U and S metro system. Friendly and helpful personnel. Great breakfast! Will definitely stay there again!"
"It is very nice place I booked. Most sights you are going to see are walking distance. The room is bigger and with a little kitchen. That we can make simple Chinese breakfast 😜"
"Reasonable hotel for a brief stay, near subway station, in the outskirts. Parking in nearby parkhouse ( extra charge). Good breakfast. Rooms are small but sufficient for a brief stay."
Da kommen wir gerne wieder her."
"Even though the Staff was very nice/ helpful and the Breakfast Buffet a great Value, i wouldnt recommand this Good Location to any friend or family Simply because of very Weak(borderline Terrible ?) WiFi access !!
Unacceptable in 21st Century for any Tourist NOT to be able to do peaceful/reliable Research on Smartphone or Laptop.
In the future, i will stick with Hilton or Marriott hotels who do understand what matters to their Guests..."
