Room and the staff were awesome!! We did not include breakfast with our reservation, but ate there on morning. It was pricey (25 per), but it was awesome so it maybe cheaper with reservation. Hotel is in a great location-close to everything. A really good experience and we would stay here again

Great hotel. I felt safe as a solo traveler. Outside of hotel was busy which probably was why I felt safe. I slept fine since noise doesn’t bother me but if you easily wake up I would bring Ear plugs since there can be a lot of traffic noise outside since it’s like a Main Street. Staff were all kind and helpful. Walking distance to a lot of shops, dining and tourist attractions. When I come back to Berlin I will book here again! Thank you again for a great experience.

Great amenities, lovely hotel with a beautiful entrance for Christmas. Breakfast is good and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Fantastic location in city centre. Less than a 20 minute walk to lots of sights, historical sights, the mall and Christmas markets. There were some downsides. Room had a bit of snagging. Chipped walls, scuffs on ceiling and fridge was broken. Luckily we used the balcony as a fridge as it was so cold (had a baby so needed milk storage!), but not much effort to find a fix which was a shame but fortunately a minor problem.

We really liked th hotel, the staff were very helpful & looked after us very well. We were within a couple of minutes walk from Checkpoint Charlie, good restaurants nearby, within walking distance to the main train station
