This is a very well located hotel, two minutes from transportation all over the city. The staff is very nice. The room is tight but functional and pleasant enough. It’s meant for short stay overs.
The breakfast was phenomenal. The best I’ve ever been to.
The only issues I had was that the bed, especially the pillows, were uncomfortable. I did not sleep well during my entire stay.
Also, the Internet is a joke. They sub the service out through a third-party. I signed up for the paid service and never received the service. It was a pain in the ass to sign up. My cellular service was not good in the hotel, either.
I told the front desk several times I was having an issue, and they basically handed me the phone number and told me to resolve it myself. When I told them I couldn’t get it resolved after four calls, they didn’t do anything.
Heart of the room are 5 stars, and some of them are 2. I am being generous to give them four stars, but I do like the staff.
