"We’ve got Eiger view room on the 5th floor, oh my goodness, it was so beautiful. Room was big and everything was perfect. Location is perfect too, it is Just a minute walk from the train station, bus station is just opposite the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby."

The hotel staff are wonderful, the food is fantastic (the best steak that we have ever had!), and the location is ideal (bus stop is in the parking lot ski in ski out when there is snow). The rooms are clean and modern. A resort shuttle runs when buses are not running (at an additional cost). This all made for a relaxing stay. "

"Fantastic location - a 5 min flat walk to Brig Rail/Bus station and a slightly uphill walk to the town centre and Schlossalpenstock. Perfect for our plans for daily train trips (Brig has mainline connections across Switzerland and to Italy and is a station on the Glacier Express route from Zermatt to Andermatt, Chur and St Moritz). "Our first impression of this hotel was not so good... a hotel built in the 1990s with a somewhat strange layout and in need of modernization. It’s definitely not a 4-* hotel. However, first impressions can be wrong. The spa in a separate building was quite amazing and the best after a day of skiing or hiking. Dinner on the top floor was very good and staff was very attentive. Not our first choice for a holiday but for a stopover this hotel was quite OK."
