"The room didn't match the description and was quite poor, lacking the features described like sound proofing (there was a big gap under the door), cooking facilities and being small. It was also quite dark and basic, and pretty old. When I showed the reception staff the description of what I booked, they said it was wrong and I should call Expedia if I wanted help. I did and Expedia were very helpful and I ended up leaving to go elsewhere. Considering the reviews, I can only imagine the...

"This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home"
