"Good place to stay. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The lighting was good and there was a decent-sized TV in the room, unlike other hotels. Staff were super friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. It was also nice and quiet. The bathroom was a strange design with the shower glass not extending far enough so the shower would spray onto the rest of the bathroom and soaked a lot of the bathroom floor. The door opened ok, but would hit the toilet seat if opened too...

"Really dark and quiet room but because the windows don’t open it was quite stuffy overnight, even when it was cold so I would recommend leaving the aircon on while you sleep. Also the pillows were almost too soft??? Hahahaha. Anyway nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and the staff were excellent. Nice little bar attached and coffees were a good price. Also if you don’t get house keeping they give you $10 to spend in the bar/cafe. "

"This property is a disgrace for Australian tourism. International visitors having to overnight at the airport will get such a wrong impression. The hotel changed name and is falsely advertising itself as luxury. The management could care less about hospitality. They just care about squeezing every $ out of customers. Lots of management staff walking around in elegant suits yet the facility is mismanaged. They don't even answer the phone. The mattresses and bed frames are old. I stayed for 2...
