"Hotel staff were very friendly. Hotel was close to lots of restaurants. Easy to take city buses to museums and Union Station. Hotel restaurant, Apple Blossom did not have enough help in the mornings. Couple staff at restaurant were not friendly. Food was ok. Appetizers & staff on 15 th floor were wonderful!"

"Even from the 23rd floor you could hear the busy sirens at all times of the night. But we heard no other noises from within the hotel!! I appreciate that they provide full sized shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The only down side is that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom!"

"I really liked the proximity to the train/Union Station. It took us to and from the airport in just under 40 minutes each way and was less than a two walk from the front desk. The shuttle to Red Rocks was also right next door. No car rental."

"The hotel was nice and very conveniently located. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The elevator situation was the only negative. Only 1-2 were working at a time, so at times it was a long wait to get up to the 11th floor. I would definitely recommend the hotel and stay there again."
