The front desk checked me in early. Gave me an upgrade so i can put my stuff down.
The person at breakfast was so nice.
The General manager Warren greeted me as I was leaving to thank me for staying there.

"We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen was very convenient.
What really made the difference was the hospitality. Jeffry and Oxchild were incredibly kind, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. They helped us organize activities, gave us great recommendations and made sure everything went smoothly, especially when it came to accommodating my grandmother.

"El personal no fue tan amable especialmente los bartenders los cuales no fueron corteses y siento que estaban de mal humor. Tuve una mala experiencia con uno quien me acuso de brincarme la fila.
En el tema de las filas. Es practicamente imposible consumir de los bares. 15-20 esperando es demasiado para al final llevarse un trago que tiene mas hielo que liquido. Las filas para los snacks fueron interminables tambien. Al final fue poco lo que se consumio dado lo dicho anterior.

OMG where do I even begin. this place is indeed as wonderful as it looks and as amazing as the other reviews state it is. the staff all knew me by name literally within the first day. this hotel has an energy that allows your nervous system to completely relax. the aesthetics, the lighting, the music. as a solo traveler without a vehicle, the shuttle was perfect, it leaves from the hotel every hour on the hour from 8am-6pm and it has I think 5 stops around guiones and playa...
"We absolutely LOVED our stay at Nya. From driving up to the beautiful property, we were hooked. When we met our first staff member who checked us in, and the server who provided a welcome cava, along with all the other Nya faces, we knew this was going to be special. We were not wrong. From the beautiful beach and stunning trail along the water, the excellent food, abundant wildlife, and wonderful accommodations, Nya never disappointed. We only wish we had a longer stay!"
"This is an excellent experience. All the staff was incredibly helpful, the room was impeccable, the restaurant was delicious, and the amenities were exactly what we needed. We enjoyed the small details—sweet treats in the afternoon, watermelon water, post surf showers. Also shout out to Carlos, our surf instructor, for getting us up on boards immediately, his storytelling, and his unfettered joy."
"The Silvestre is a beautiful boutique hotel, perfectly located in Guiones, just across from the beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and cute grocery stores. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The rooftop lounge, coffee bar, and pool are a great place to sit back and relax. Definitely deserving of its Michelin rating! They even give you a goodbye gift of delicious local coffee. Angel, Israel, and Paul are a joy to interact with....
"Beautiful resort, HOWEVER, if you aren't an entomologist you might not like your stay here. The doors don't seal, the windows don't seal, the outdoor shower doesn't seal, and that results in every bug and small animal in your villa. That is unacceptable for a "4 star" resort. While it wasn't the end of the world for us, having a June bug fly in your hair while in bed can be very unnerving or the squawk of a lizard on the ceiling at 3am can be annoying. We're not talking about a little gecko...
"We had a great stay at Tango Mar. The owner always greeted us each day to see how we were or how our day was. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious! I took advantage of the spa and had an incredible massage. Gorgeous views of the ocean right out your window and the multiple pools to cool off in with the heat. Swimming beaches were a short drive away if you wanted to swim in the ocean."
