"Hotel is beautiful and clean. The walk directly to the beach was convenient plus beach chairs and umbrella are included. The pool had plenty of chairs for all loved the swim up bar. Plenty of restaurants to eat at. Locations of hotel was perfect surrounding restaurants, car rental, and local pharmacy. Must try are the Wings at Ocean Bar! Overall Amazing hotel! "

"I absolutely love the AC Hotel! This is my 3rd time staying with them and they are so accommodating. Anything you need just ask. If they don’t have the answer they will find you one. 10/10 would recommend. "

"Bathroom was not great condition. Breakfast should be included. Casino is poorly run, people claiming they had money on the machines and supposedly walking away and claiming they left money on them. Management needs make this look into, travelers can feel more protected from outsiders. I will never want to make reservations here due to not feeling safe."

"Our stay started out horribly. We did not have the room I had paid for, for the first 2 days. We actually had to repack and move 2 different times. After finally getting into our beautiful Garden room, thing were wonderful. If at all possible, with the exception of the Steak House,don't eat the food. It must come out of one central kitchen and arrives practically dehydrated and very salty. We finally either went into Old San Juan or ordered Door Dash.
