"Hotel went beyond expectations"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Royal Sonesta. The beach and pool were amazing. Never had a problem finding chairs at either location. The in room dining was fantastic and the Italian restaurant was incredible. The room was simple. I would prefer a bigger balcony. The bathroom could benefit from having a double vanity. The staff are all so friendly. Bartenders, Alex, Johvan and Jaders were great. We would definitely come back."

"Clean room just wish the check in was before 4pm"

"Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was excellent!!!! Very friendly. I would return."

"The property was clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was facing the street which was very noisy. When booking make sure you are not facing the street. The on site dining was excellent. I would stay again. Good location and having access to the Condado facilities and beach were a huge plus."

"I can’t say enough positive things about our stay at Don Rafa. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re transported into a space curated by people who appreciate art and history. The room was lovely and so comfortable and was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant with its beautiful views. The staff were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable of the history of region. We also liked the close proximity to local shops and the ability to cross over into the Condado region by...

"Newly remodeled, very clean and modern."

"The hotel nice and clean. The pool nice. The neighborhood nice with 24 hour supermarket across the street. The only thing I did not like was breakfast was not included in my package and not sure why. So when booking make sure breakfast is included in your package however overall I give it a 10. Thank you."

"We booked and paid for our trip two months in advance- we flew in from Boston for a spa weekend. Upon arriving at our hotel, nothing that was advertised was even available on the property."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooftop bar was definitely a highlight, offering amazing views of Old San Juan and making for an unforgettable experience. There were only a few minor things I wasn’t particularly fond of. The elevators can take a while to come up or down, although it wasn’t much of an issue for me since I was staying on the second floor. The food at the restaurant was good, but I felt it was a...
