"There was only 1 elevator working and that was a big issue and they didn't have enough employees to valet the cars if you used valet parking. The room was clean amd modern. The Air conditioner however wasn't that strong and cuts off when your sleep like its motion sensored "

"Our second time coming here and would definitely recommend it! The staff are helpful and very friendly. The fact that it’s on the beach makes more convenient. The outside lounge area by the bar is an excellent addition. Only issue this time around was the construction of the facility in the lobby area and around the pool. At times there was only one elevator functioning. But this is temporary, looking forward to the new look. "

"We stayed from 9/12/24-9/16/2024. This Resort has everything to need. I only had one problem but really not a problem but a suggestion. The club you have to be dress!! No shorts, flip flops, sandals, shorts, and no crop tops. This club is on the resort but most guess don't attend. Have hours for guess instead of catering to others. Oh, this is also music in the lobby when you can't get in the club. I love be back!!"

"Customer service was great. We enjoyed the view from our oceanfront room, the pictures does it no justice! There are plenty of walkable restaurants and a Uber to old San Juan and to/from the airport were under $10. The only concern we had was there wasn’t a microwave or refrigerator in the room. There is a stocked mini fridge but not a separate one for guests to utilize. During the week, in September, there isn’t much going on at the resort. It was really quiet, which was good for us this trip....
