"This was just a wonderful place to stay for our visit to Cape Cod. Dana and the staff were wonderful. They made us feel like family! Everything was convenient to get to whether it be walkable or drivable. The included breakfast was lovely. Social hour between 5:00PM and 6:00PM allowed us to kick back, have a snack and meet other visitors to the Inn. I highly recommend a stay there. You won't be sorry!"

"We had a truly wonderful stay with Brian and Charlie who were such friendly and helpful hosts and provided many thoughtful touches. The Old Manse itself made for an authentic Cape Cod experience with its historic vibe, and we enjoyed our spacious en suite room. Special shoutout to the housekeeping/breakfast servers who took such good care of us each morning and were so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and baked treats each day, all homemade by Brian himself. A memorable visit."

In addition to all it offers that I highly rated, it is beautifully furnished and provides all sorts of snacks (including a daily packet of home-baked cookies for each guest) and the most delicious, gourmet breakfast I have encountered in numerous B&B stays around the country and beyond."

"Hosts are lovely and helpful while not intrusive. Room is nicely appointed with comfortable king bed with small but adequate bath and shower. Old house is very quaint. Use of refrigerator helpful. No food service but coffee, tea, fruit and homemade cookies make it homey. Lovely early Spring get away in convenient location to shops, restaurants, short drive to Nauset Beach.! "

"Spacious, charming cape cod home in a perfect location! We stayed at Bill's home with 6 couples for a friends wedding at CBI. We were able to walk to all the festivities in town and at CBI. The house was large enough for all of us with a great layout. We appreciated that linens, towels, beach towels, and chairs were provided. There was a private beach at the end of the road that we enjoyed sitting at. Bill was great at communicating as well. Thank you!"
