"Loved our stay. Spacious, prime location that was fairly quiet yet walking distance to everything we wanted to do in historic district and river street, beautiful view of the water. The space was well maintained and it was clean, there was just molding food the previous guests must have stashed in a cabinet and left behind. Not really the housekeeping staffs fault, no reason for anyone to leave trash in a cabinet. We would absolutely stay again we loved the beautiful quiet walks along the river...

"Roof top bar is a plus whit beautiful view."

"Great location."

"When we checked in we were told this would be the only place we'd want to stay when we visit Savannah. They were correct. This is an amazing hotel. We opted for the 1 bedroom apartment and loved every minute of it. It was cozy and welcoming. Very clean and organized. The hotel is within walking distance of everything you want to do in Savannah. We parked our vehicle upon check-in and didn't move the vehicle until we left. Our next Savannah trip will most definitely include The Ann!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel needs some updating and maintenance. AC unit sounds like fan is about to go out. Also window shade is broken and stuck shut all the way to the floor."

"We stayed in the Calhoun room. It is very pretty but it smells musty & the room was very damp. We discovered mold on the ceiling. Which is concerning. It was also our anniversary & they did not do anything special. Most places we stay leaves a nice note, bottle of wine, or chocolates. Wishing us a happy anniversary to make their guests feel special. The shower seal was about to fall off & there is a huge glass door. Another concern. I shared this & never heard back,"

"great location! excellent gourmet breakfast. well appointed modern first floor room. would highly recommend!"
