"Very nice, clean and friendly hotel close to all the attractions in Bath. Comfortable and spacious room with good mattresses. If there was one thing to change it has to be the TV: there is a nice smart tv in the room, but all the apps have been disabled, and in the evening, when wifi is heavily used, the tv connection suffers and the quality dwindles."

I thought these extra services were very clever to offer. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. The bathroom was also very modern and well designed. "Had a lovely stay, there was a small problem getting into our room when we got in at 2am but the gentleman on reception sorted it quickly and allowed us a later checkout to compensate which we were very grateful for! Will definitely return next time we’re in the cit!"
