"Staff members were friendly and helpful."

"Great location. And walking distance to the airport"

"Great location we walked everywhere, the place was comfortable but not sound proofed so you hear the doors opening and shutting all the time. Found some things missing like there was an ironing board but no iron. Reception was slow, even if no guests infront of them but appreciate them looking after our bags when we arrived early."

"Very well located for an event I had on. And lovely rooms."

"It was hard to find in the beginning because the signage was not clearly visible. It was also weird that you need to go up to 2nd level for the reception. Staff were a bit disappointing because they are not as responsive but I guess, they are just doing their job. The room was clean, equipped though a bit small. The food could be better with more selections but for the price, it’s ok. Will I recommend? Definitely. My friend recommended the place to me so I will. A plus, it was close to a...

"The room didn't match the description and was quite poor, lacking the features described like sound proofing (there was a big gap under the door), cooking facilities and being small. "It was effortless to go from the airport to the hotel. We arrived late at Knight and our flight was delayed so we actually did not get in until 1:30 am. The shuttle driver was kind and courteous. Check-in was easy. Easy place to stay with a late flight or an early morning flight. Hotel was clean and neat."

"Lovely stay. Clean and neat. Right across the road from DFO. Easy to get around from there."

"The large windows gave us excellent views. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped. Our only negative is that we had trouble operating the washer/dryer. The manual was no help at all. We ended up with wet clothes."

"Convenient in Carlton, great customer service"
