"The check in could be faster and the elevators are slow. There are 8 and somehow it’s not enough. The hotel is obviously pretty old, BUT it has been renovated which is nice. The parking garage is claustrophobic. The height is only 6’ for vehicles and tight turns. Leave the big SUVs at home. "

"Very welcoming very friendly staffs really appreciate their customer service. What I didn’t like is that it wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been the doors were dirty also the tub, there was hair strands all over the bathroom as well. The room needed some updating on paint and appliances as well. "

Even though we didn’t get a chance to experience the rooftop (made us feel a little less than but we went down to the three arches and had a blast!!!
