"Great location "

"The hotel was nice. We had an unfortunate experience with checking in. We arrived hours before the 3:00 check in time and were told they couldn’t accommodate an earlier check in for us. We checked in on paper and left, walking around Yokohama for a bit, but we were exhausted from our flight and went back to sit in the lobby for three hours. We went to the desk a couple of times to see if a room was ready. We were told no. A bit later, a couple came in, went to the desk and were given a room...

They also helped arranging the taxi cab rides and accommodated luggage’s storage on the day when we departed to the airport ( our flight is at the night s we don’t need to carry all of our stuff when we enjoy last min of sightseeing) . We enjoyed our stay very much! "

"I enjoyed my stay at Oakwood Suites Yokohama. The amenities were everything i expected to have when I signed up. The washer came with free detergent which the hotel supplied. The stove and microwave were in working condition. The utensils were clean as they could be. I had the city view and it was gorgeous. It was a walkable distance to a lot of attractions and shopping malls. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying at Yokohama. Thank you. "

"The gentleman who spoke excellent English helped us when we drove up to the front is a very excellent representative and face for the hotel and demonstrates hospitality well. The overall hotel has the feeling of omotenashi which is rarer and rarer now as more foreign workers and more foreigners with a disregard for Japanese unspoken habits are hired in these hotels. I hope to come back just to relax and hope to see this hotel maintain its excellence. "
