"omg this place is a paradise!! its such a small resort (like 30 rooms) however, it has like 8 pools, most of them thermal springs, the rooms are absolutely beautiful and the bathrooms are so spacious and clean! luxury and the staff is soooo nice! the breakast food was delicious!! 7 am breakfast everyday. we had dinner there once (not included in price) and that too was delicious. I honestly will book again, because i felt like i was in paradise!!"

"Stunning views from restaurant and room across as far as lake Arenal. All the food offerings were fantastic from breakfast to evening meals using home grown and home made items. Regular supply of wildlife to keep you entertained. Only slight negative was a reasonably long walk up a steep hill to get to the nearest shops etc but that’s no fault of the hotel. Also be aware there is no A/C in the rooms if you are as lucky as we were with the weather."

"Very nice resort. Great views - you're one on one with nature there. The private villas are the way to go. Great staff, too. They also have their own private nature trail to investigate as well. Even though there was construction going on directly behind our villa it didn't impact our 3 night stay at all. I commend them for that. "Beautiful hotel on beautiful grounds. Our room opened to gardens and a stream. The food was amazing. Staff was extremely attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the trails around the hotel site. We loved our stay and plan to return. Highly recommend staying here."

"We love to stay at Poco a Poco. We really appreciate the hot tub and the pool. The breakfast is fantastic and has great viewing for a variety of birds that seem to frequent the area. Its a good location for us as well with close access to the park and grocery store."
