"The property was quite a distance from the main attractions. I am used to walking but for some it might be too much. The breakfast was adequate but served too late for the start of many ofbthe trips which were at least a half hours walk away. If they had opened up an hour earlier say at 7am it would have been a lot better."

"This is a nice boutique hotel located not far from Yerevan city center—about a 20 to 30-minute walk to most points of interest. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast could be improved. "

"The location is excellent. The breakfast is good. The rooms were dated. The interior design is tasteless. The bathrooms were small and in need of renovation. The lobby is not cosy. I had to wait 20 minutes to be checked in because in the evenings, one person mans the reception. Overall, I did not like my experience. I do not believe this hotel deserves a four-star rating. In my view, this is a three-star hotel. I stayed in Hilton and Tufenkian hotels and both were superior."

"Great neighborhood, close to everything. Clean apartment with all amenities. I wish the language chose was English cause TV, washing machine, oven were all in Russian language and had hard time to operate them but was manageable. Staff were friendly and nice. Was my birthday and they left a box of chocolate in my room. Clean room, nice amenities. Recommend to everyone!"
