"The apartment was stunning, newly remodeled, and incredibly spacious. I loved how close it was to the Ketron area and how walkable the neighborhood was. The only downside was that the property lacked an elevator, but overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay!"

"Very convenient hotel"

"Hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were super nice and comfortable! Amazing stay. I would come back here again every time."

"My parents stayed there. They like it."

"Great location, clean rooms, decent breakfast."

"I stayed at Nine Rooms for one night during my visit to Yerevan, Armenia, and I was very happy with my stay. The apartments are spacious, very clean, comfortable, and extremely well equipped. They have everything you could need, including a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and dishes. The room was very large, tidy, and impeccably clean.
