"In general the hotel is good for accommodation. I had very bad experience with the room service, I ordered food after long day doing Omra and the food was very poor in terms of quality (seems to be just heated) and it came burnt and very small quantities as if it is the last food they have. But the worst happened when I called the room service and she just said, that the resturant is separate from the hotel and she will inform the chef. In summary, use the hotel as accommodation only."

"Clean rooms, helpful staff. Great that there were regular shuttles to the haram. The buses could have better sign posted but all in all a little wait always had a bus available. The food selection and availability was top notch. Really good stay."

"Meets stands"

"Nice place and clean so comfortable"

"Hotel are literally two miles away feom Haram. If you think about walking, think about walking uphill throughout two miles uphill. Taxies are robbers, charge you unreasonable price For each trip and not available often. Reception staaf are very non cooperative. "
