The staff were very willing to accommodate vegan options on their meal choices and there was one vegan option on the specials board (please not risotto - why is risotto the goto vegan meal for every hotel - why not get some frozen beyond beef burgers and give a vegan burger option for instance) "

We were late arriving, due to the Cannel Island ferry breaking down in Guernsey harbour, but we were still able to have an evening meal, which was very nice in itself, and very welcome. The staff were very pleasant, and the room very comfortable. Tim served the breakfast, and is the perfect host. It is a most picturesque location, and we will most definitely stay here again. "

"A pleasant stay in an attractive country pub The room was spacious and thoughtfully decorated. The bed comfortable. The food was good especially the breakfast. It is in a pretty village good for walking outside. Plenty of parking. Would like to see double glazing on the windows as right by a road. However this isn’ta problem at night as very quiet and peaceful. The room was exceptional with vaulted beams and chandeliers. A lovely bathroom with pleasant toiletries but the shower shelf on...

"I was pleasantly suprise by the size and comfort of the rooms for the price, which although quite basic, were adequate for a short stay and great value. The staff were very welcoming and helped with our cases. It was a great location for walking to the shuttle bus. The downsides were the shared bathroom, steep stairs and no parking on site. "

"First, this isn't a spa hotel. The 'spa' area was closed, but even if open, it's tiny and definitely not comparable with a proper spa hotel. What the hotel does do is host big events, and they are noisy. We couldn't stay in our room as it was directly above the disco and although the staff did find us another room, it was tiny - no bath, no fridge, no view (barely a window). It was quiet thankfully, but it was not worth the cost and wasn't at all what we paid for. "

"David was a very welcoming, and friendly host - he couldn't do enough for us. The room and property was spotlessly clean, and in a great location - only a ten minute walk into Glastonbury. We both enjoyed a full English breakfast, cooked to order. We were also given the option of continental too if we wanted that. David is a very thoughtful host providing various teas, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and water in the room. We wouldnt hesitate recommend this lovely B&B. Thank you for a fantastic...
