"We had a room with a queen bed. It had a cheap looking gray rug covering the carpet (assume there were stains on the carpet), and the room was otherwise quite plain - none of the regal looking draperies etc that we expected. There were obvious electrical problems in the hallways, as the overhead lights were not working, and there were lamps set up on little tables along the hallway. to provide light but were kind of pain to maneuver suitcases around. "We booked this stay as we planned to do some touring in the highlands. We are so grateful we did. Nairn is a wonderful small town with great people, without the bustle of Inverness. Our hosts were incredible and the property was truly 5 stars! The à la carte breakfast in the morning was a surprise and was delicious. An awesome start to the day! Room was massive and well appointed. Plenty of parking and close to several points of interest. Would absolutely return to see more of what Nairn has to...

"Breakfast. I waited over half an hour to get a pot of tea. I was finished my bacon egg tomatoes and mushrooms before a received the tea and had requested it 3times. You can go and get your own coffee so why not tea Also some seats in the inside dinning room are far too low to enjoy eating . We had to ask for another table. I cannot fault the rest of my visit our room was fantastic and spa area great."
