"After a few years going backwards, it seems this hotel took a new air (management) and is going back on track. The location is ideal, yet, they have to do something with the car entrance. On weekends the small street leading to the hotel is used as a parking lot for the theater beside and the cable car facility. Thus, it's a battle to go in or out (taxis needed to get us down one block away). "

"I cannot understand how this hotel gets a 9.0 rating. Please be aware that the Wi-Fi is terrible. You can just about download files but streaming or video calls are nearly impossible. Couple that with the fact that there was no signal on the TV for the entirety of my five-night stay, and this doesn’t spell out 4-star hotel to me. The towels are tiny, the hotel has just one corkscrew that apparently disappeared so they were unable to provide one and the breakfast is distinctly average. There are...

"The mountain view from the restaurant floor of the hotel is excellent. Hotel staff are very helpful and willing. However, the hotel does not have a nice lobby. Check-in and check-out process takes too long. Get up early if you don't want to miss your flight. The water in the bathroom in my room was constantly getting cold and hot. That's why my shower experience was so bad."
