"The room was great and very comfortable. The reception also spoke great English and helped me when I arrived earlier than the regular check in time. Unfortunately, the rooms do not have a refrigerator and the hotel has a strict policy of charging you for an extra day (at a higher rate than paid online) for a late checkout of 5 hours, even after staying at the hotel for an entire week. The hotel has a comfortable lobby with a bar and snacks and access to fast WIFI. I will stay here again when I visit Almaty next year."
