"We stay here once or twice a year. Parking has always been included in the stay until recently. We accidentally paid for an hour instead of the day and when we asked the person checking us in if they could help us. The person told us to go back outside and bring our car to valet and they would repark it and them they would correct the parking fee. Hearing this come out of the persons mouth sounded so ridiculous and unhelpful. So you want me to go back outside on one of the hottest days and...
