"1st i had to drive around the hotel 3 times to find the parking due to road maintenance no directional signs. I was not able to access my email i asked and they said we have a high security Internet that was a big problem as I was on business trip. Stains on the carpet every were. When I was leaving the parking the barrier didn't open i had to call the hotel and wait for the security guard. Room is big bed is comfortable."

"The Staff were welcoming and ready to help any time. The room was clean and they left the guest to choose whether his room to be cleaned. Breakfast was generous with wide variety of food. Manal on the front desk was super helpful. They Gym and swimming pool were clean and the staff accommodating. Being Expedia member, I was upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival, and given the discount as advertised. On my departure, I was given a voucher to get discounts in Millennium hotels worldwide."

"مكان جدا رائع كل شي كان جميل"

"Great as always !"

"Bugs in bed and around the whole room. Got an upgrade because the bugs even went into the bottle of my baby but the other room had bugs and ants as well. Everyday waiting 10+ mins for our car by the valley parking."
