"I loved the peacefullness of the rainforest. The staff was amazing. The only thing that was not great was the food. They should specials on everyday of the week. I asked for eggs over medium and I got hard eggs. The steak tacos had no flavor and the steak was hard. The only good thing that we ate was the skirt steak with mash and they can put more mash on the plate."
"Our stay at Arenal Kioro suites was one of my favorite travel experiences of all time. The grounds were so beautiful we could have been happy never leaving the property. We spent a lot of time in the hot springs pools. The temperature of the pools varied, so we were able to spend quite a bit of time in the water without getting too hot. It was so relaxing! "This is our second stay at this hotel. We appreciate the kid-friendly activities, such as visiting the onsite farm and vegetable garden. We love the hot springs and enjoy walking around the hotel, which features a large variety of plants and small animals. During our visit, it was the rainy season, making it difficult to keep our clothes dry. It would be beneficial if the hotel could provide a drying machine for guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel."

"The hotel has the right kind of luxury for Monteverde, not flashy or high-tech, but everything is clean and nice, staff is helpful, the location is great and the place is beautiful. The sauna and the jacuzzi are GREAT, and we had monkeys crossing the trees above us while we relaxed there; the food is delicious. We loved our stay!"
