"If your looking for an overrated hotel then this is your place!!! Dated old dirty pillows, hair in the bed,chips in the mirror bed so uncomfortable you might aswell sleep on the floor dirty towels, don't get me started on the parking fee aswell, 9 pound!

"The staff in the restaurant were very unhelpful and a tad miserable. They made no effort. The breakfast food was ok but nothing more. I couldn’t locate gluten free bread options nor could I find a member of staff to help. I had to ask for cutlery when I chose what food I could. The service was unimpressive.
However, I attended a wedding the day before and the food was very good indeed - gf was catered for brilliantly which I why I have given it a 3 star rating."

"Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was a standard room at the top of the house and it was very clean with a nice ensuite and a comfortable bed. The decor and furniture enhanced the room giving plenty of space to put our clothes and personal effects. Food was very good, we had a three course dinner and the food was delicious.
