"Beautiful! Large shower, comfy bed, adorable towel arrangements everyday by maid service, breakfast included! WiFi not available in the rooms so you can disconnect, but is available where breakfast is served so you can map out your day. We loved being close to everything we wanted to see. An adventure of a lifetime!"

"Hotel was in a great location, a few minutes walk to the main area full of shops and restaurants. The property itself is great value for money, it has an older feel and room quite small but that did not bother us at all, we really felt comfortable staying there and loved the seating areas outside each room to relax in. A higher floor had chairs facing the volcano which was fabulous. Pool was brilliant and perfect temperature. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Tea and coffee available whenever we wanted it. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. We booked tours through the hotel too which were a great price. One great perk is that you get use of their sister hotel Volcano Lodge where there’s a lovely pool and hot springs. Definitely need to take advantage of this, the gardens there are beautiful to walk round and we had an amazing afternoon there. Overall an absolutely great hotel to stay at, would highly recommend "
