"The hotel is located in the CBD centre. It is very close to the Local food street market and the city centre. The rooms were very modern and all the amenities were provided. The area around Hotel is a bit dirty and lot of people smoking and drinking outside the building. Even though everything was good about the hotel, it is not convenient for a foreigner who doesn't know Chinese to locate the Hotel. There is no English Sign anywhere to indicate it's location. The Hotel exists on the 5th floor...

"Check in was on the 11th floor. Please note that the taxi will drop you on the main road and you will have to walk about 3 mins to the hotel. You will arrive at level 4 or 5, and proceed to take the elevator to level 11. The only staff i met during the stay was the counter staff. She was nice and friendly. "Firstly, this hotel is not connected to the airport regardless what they advertise on hotels.com. it is a taxi ride away, it took me 15 minutes in a taxi from domestic arrivals to get there. I expect it would take a little less for International arrivals. Either way, it's a lie and it's not connected to the airport in any way whatsoever. I got to check in and was told they didn't have my booking, I spent 30 minutes on my phone communicating with Hotels.com customer service trying to sort it out. I was left with the only option of paying for a room directly at the hotel because I hadn't paid for the room when i booked it which was lucky. In all honesty, I was happy. The hotel is old, dirty and smelly. Very dated."
