"Great location. Very close to Dotonbori. Lots of good restaurants around it. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. It was a bit loud during the night as it’s a very busy hotel so lots of people coming back from Dotonbori after a night out were pretty loud but would probably book again if we go back."

"This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Area is quiet and conveniently located in front of JR station. Walking distance to Universal Studios Japan! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I used the Gym and it is very clean and has the right equipment. Only thing was that my restroom had a bit of mold in the tub. Other than this I push anyone to book here! "

"Our stay was good, loved that the hotel is connected to a subway station entrance and it was clean & well-maintained. The only issue I had was with the staff. They were all very friendly, but the language barrier did make it a bit difficult at times. Also, they kept changing who was helping us. Like we'd talk to one, but then they would go off and do something else and someone else would try to help us so we'd have to explain all over again and that was quite frustrating that we kept getting...

"The hotel is near to ebisucho station. However, be prepared to carry luggage as the station don’t have elevator to the track. The best things are free alcohol and ramen every night and hot spring. Please be mindful that this hotel accept travel agency which can be very crowded. We had a very good sleep. Overall is a wonderful stay"

"Friendly staff. Check in and out was smooth. Check out is at 10 AM. Extended check out can be requested for 500 yen per hour. Lobby area is pretty small. Hotel building and room is a bit out dated but it’s clean. The nice part is the free drinks and ice cream throughout the day. Free small selection of breakfast (bread and jam, cereals, and waffles) is a bonus. It’s about 15 walk to Namba station or a 5 minute walk to a near train station. Family mart is next door. "We loved our stay at Royal Park Canvas. Loved the convenience of having a train station and a family mart right next door. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms were clean and fair sized for Japan and bed was comfortable. Free coffee in the lobby was a nice perk. We loved being able to hop on a quick train to areas like Dotonbori but also escape the busyness to go back to the hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay again! "

"Thank you so much for everything. We got late because the transportation they were so efficient to made us feel comfortable immediately. Free noodles at night with soft beverage all day and beer. Laundry service easy and it is amazing to have massage chairs at the lobby. The size of the room decent i cannot complain my husband is 6'3" and he approved the bed, bathroom shower and toilet. Thank you guys for help us in our stop to Osaka! "

"We booked this Hotel well in advance. They gave us a room right at the end of the hallway without a view of USS. I can understand if it was a last minute booking, but this was not. Extremely disappointed. Not too sure why others have a better view without a room right at the end when we all pay the same price."
