"The hotel is located some distance away from the main city centre - approx. 10 minute walk up a steep hill (takes a bit of effort) or a short taxi ride away. Worth it to be away from the "vegas-like" lights at night, and to have a spectacular view of the mountains. Definitely recommend getting a room with a mountain view as the sunrise/sunsets from the balcony are amazing. "This was an amazing small hotel in the heart of Sa Pa. The hosts are a couple who are incredibly helpful! They gave us information about the surrounding areas and accommodated our every need. The rooms were modern and very comfortable with a great view of the mountains. For the price, there is nowhere better to stay in Sa Pa!"

"I came in a night bus so i had to pay more to check in very early morning, which is fair. The room is a little outdated and the air is dump, maybe because i was in the downstairs floor. But it was comfortable and the area is great a lot of restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel is not working but they have great view on the roof. The suff was amazing, they helped me with everything i needed, made me tea when i was sick."

Room itself was great- corner room with fireplace heater and cozy lighting, shower with duel head options, blocked out noose from construction nearby.
