"This is the perfect getaway in Sa Pa. Located away from the town - which is extremely busy, touristy, and overwhelming, being able to stay at a quiet place surrounded by nature and beautiful views was amazing. The place is owned by a wonderful family who were very welcoming. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, a lovely balcony, and a super clean washroom. "Very nice people working here. Unfortunately the hotel had cleanliness issues and several instances of roaches in the room. When house keeping comes in they do not actually clean. They make beds and replace towels but no actual cleaning. Dirty surfaces remained uncleaned."

"Locatie is super. Kamers zien er nieuw uit en de bedden slapen echt heerlijk. Badkamer is super klein, tijdens het douchen sta je tegen d wc aan. Kamer was niet schoon, zaten koffie vlekken op de grond er er lag nog een gebruikte handdoek in de badkamerkast. Personeel was heel vriendelijk, communicatie ging via google translate, ze sprejen er geen Engels ."

"Location was very convenient, homemade breakfast was great as well. But the best part of Sapa Local House was the staff. He allowed us to check in early after an overnight train and sorted our onward bus for us. We also hired a motorbike for the day which was very convenient - he sorted everything.
